The practical monthly pack contains a measuring cup for a daily intake of 15 ml. *Niacin, panthothenic acid, vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue **Niacin, vitamins B1, B6, B12, biotin and folic acid contribute to normal mental function. Directions

Adults: Take one measuring cup (15 ml) of Lecithin Ginseng Tonic once a day (measuring cup enclosed in the pack). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
