Directions for use

• Adults: Take 1 to 2 ampoules, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, diluted in a glass of water. Use again at each change of season.
• Instructions: Shake well before use. The ampoules have marker rings with predetermined breaking points at both ends. To open, break off the upper tip by bending it with slight pressure. Then turn the ampoule upside down and break off the second tip so that the solution flows into the glass. Make sure that the solution in the jar does not contain any glass splinters. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for good health. Storage: Store in a dry place, not above room temperature and protected from light. Keep out of the reach of small children. The natural origin of certain ingredients may lead to slight colour variations, but this has no influence on the quality of the product.
