The catechin-Loges® green tea capsules are a dietary supplement with green tea extract and vitamin C. A daily dose of 2 capsules contains 300 mg EGCG.

• Green tea is one of the healthiest foods of all. It has been used as a medicinal plant in China for thousands of years, and in addition to its many obvious health benefits, more and more positive effects have become apparent over time. Green tea contains several hundred different ingredients, many of which have been researched today. Catechins in particular have proven to be particularly beneficial for health and well-being.
• The fruits of the acerola are among those with the highest vitamin C content and therefore have extremely health-promoting properties.

Special features of catechin-Loges® green tea capsules

• Fluctuating amounts in green tea - catechins are the substances that give tea its bitter flavour. In green tea as a beverage, the amount of valuable catechins varies depending on the type of tea, leaf structure and water temperature. The hotter the water used to brew the tea, the higher the amount of catechins released, but the more bitter the tea is.
• The concentrated power of green tea - catechin-Loges® green tea capsules contain an extract with a very high proportion of catechins (at least 50%). And the product is standardised, which means that the catechin content per capsule is always consistently high. To obtain the amount of catechins in 2 capsules of catechin-Loges® green tea capsules (daily dose) with green tea, you would have to drink approx. 10 cups of the best quality green tea per day and with optimum production (characteristic: bitter flavour). When using catechin-Loges® green tea capsules, the plant-based capsule shell protects against the bitter flavour of the catechins.
• Without caffeine - The green tea extract contained in catechin-Loges® green tea capsules has been decaffeinated. This makes it much easier to absorb the catechins with catechin-Loges® green tea capsules.
• Controlled cultivation - Only green tea from controlled cultivation is used in the production of catechin-Loges® green tea capsules.
• Improved absorption - To further improve catechin-Loges® green tea capsules, vitamin C has been added in the form of a powder from the acerola cherry. In catechin-Loges® green tea capsules, vitamin C stabilises the catechins and improves their absorption.

Directions

Take 1 capsule twice daily at least 1 hour before or at least 2 hours after meals.

Ingredients

• Ingredients: Green tea extract, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; acerola powder, bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; stabiliser: silicon dioxide; colour: copper-containing complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins.
• Composition per daily dose (2 capsules): 600 mg green tea extract of which 588 mg polyphenols (with 300 mg epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), 120 mg acerola powder, of which 30 mg vitamin C (37.5 % of the recommended daily intake**). **Nutrient Reference Values (reference quantity according to the EU Food Information Regulation).
