The chemical-free bite away® neo insect bite reliever is a medical device that relieves itching through concentrated heat. With its LED light ring and silent mode, the device is well suited for use at night.

bite away® is a thermal bite relief device, i.e. an electronic device for treating insect stings and bites. It works without chemicals, using only a concentrated heat pulse (thermotherapy). The localised heat can quickly and effectively relieve itching and pain following an insect bite.

How to use our bite relief patches Whether it’s a mosquito, bee, wasp or horsefly – with bite away® neo, you can treat insect bites effectively. Application takes just a few seconds and can be done anytime, anywhere. The following images show you how it’s done:

1. Positioning: Place the ceramic contact surface on the bite or sting site.
2. Press the button: Select the desired treatment time and press the corresponding button.
3. Wait: The bite healer emits a precise heat pulse lasting 3 or 5 seconds.
4. Breathe a sigh of relief: The itching usually subsides and disappears completely after a few minutes.
