anatis Mate Tea BIO is a dried herbal tea without smoke.

Mate is the sacred plant of the Guaraní, an indigenous people indigenous to several South American countries. Mate tea is even more popular than coffee in the continent of coffee. Its mateine is a very gentle caffeine that has the same benefits as coffee but minimises its disadvantages. Mate is a good electrolyte drink, important if you sweat a lot. In its native countries, it is drunk almost ritually, from a calabash and on every occasion.

For ½ litre, soak 1 tablespoon of mate in a little cold water, pour hot water at 70° to 95° Celsius over it (do not boil!). Can be infused several times.
