anatis Guggul + Pleurotus capsules are a food supplement with Guggul extract and powder, Pleurotus ostreatus and thyme.

Guggul is also known as "Indian myrrh". The resin of the guggul bush can be mixed with various other natural substances. With its thorns, the small guggul bush (Commiphora mukul) is reminiscent of frankincense. Its yellow resin was mentioned in Ayurvedic writings as early as the 6th century. Together with the Pleurotus vital mushroom and thyme, guggul has a phlegm-converting, moisture-drying effect according to TCM. Added to this is the centre-strengthening pleurotus medicinal mushroom and the warming and drying thyme.

Take 2 capsules 3 times a day with liquid.

Ingredients: Pleurotus (Pleurotus ostreatus), guggul powder (Commiphora wightii), guggul extract (Commiphora wightii), thyme (Thymus vulgaris), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell).
