anatis Fu ling Vital Mushroom BIO capsules are a food supplement with Fu ling mushroom in organic quality. Each capsule contains 450 mg Fu ling powder (with 50 % polysaccharides).

The vitalising mushroom Fu ling is also known as Wolfiporia extensa or Poria cocos and belongs to the stem mushroom family. The mushroom is a jewel of TCM, but is also native to Japan, Australia and the USA. It thrives best under pine trees, which has earned it the additional name "pine mushroom". It has a confusing number of other names and usually lives underground in secret. The Native Americans call it "tuckahoe". With its brown skin on the outside and the hard, white inner part, its underground part, the sclerotium, resembles a small coconut, which is why "coconut mushroom" is also a common name.
