anatis Curcuma BIO Capsules is a food supplement consisting of ground curcuma root in organic quality. Has a natural curcumin content. No addition of pepper extract, as it is rich in natural essential oils - these are of particular importance for absorption.

The strongly colouring spice curcuma became world-famous as the main ingredient of curry powder. Curcuma or turmeric, an Indian ginger plant, is not only excellent for flavouring dishes, but is also a versatile dietary supplement. Preferably organic, of course. By using the whole turmeric root, including its essential oils, as nature provides them, no extra pepper extract is necessary for good absorption of the natural active ingredient curcumin.

Advice: Do not take turmeric on an empty stomach as it can cause nausea in sensitive people.
