amitamin® arthro360 is a dietary supplement containing 16 nutrients that are important for your joints, i.e. cartilage, bones and connective tissue.
The substances contained in amitamin® arthro360 support normal cartilage function (vitamin C) and contribute to the maintenance of normal bones (zinc, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2) and normal connective tissue formation (manganese, copper). The active ingredients in amitamin® arthro360 also help to protect bone cells from oxidative stress (vitamin C, selenium, manganese, copper).

The valuable ingredients of arthro360 briefly explained
- Glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate are two amino sugar compounds that occur naturally in the cartilage of the joints. Glucosamine is not only a natural component of the joint cartilage itself, but also in the synovial fluid.
- Special omega-3 fatty acids are contained in amitamin® arthro360: DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). These two omega-3 fatty acids are not contained in plant-based omega-3 fatty acids. They also contribute to normal triglyceride levels (blood lipid levels), normal blood pressure and normal heart function. These special omega-3 fatty acids are found in the diet almost exclusively in oily sea fish. Nutrition experts therefore recommend that you eat oily sea fish twice a week!
- MSM (methylsulphonylmethane) is an important source of sulphur. Sulphur is required for the formation of amino acids and is therefore involved in the metabolic processes of joint maintenance.
- Pine bark extract is an extract of the French maritime pine known primarily from the USA, which contains a particularly high amount of oligomeric procyanidins (OPC). The extract is very safe to use and is therefore also authorised as a food supplement in the EU. For specialists (doctors and pharmacists), we have an extensive collection of studies in our specialist area, including on pine bark extract.
- Sulphur-containing amino acids such as L-methionine and L-cysteine are also permanently required for cartilage formation.
- Vitamin C is important for the immune system and contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C can also contribute to collagen formation and normal cartilage function.
- The trace elements copper, selenium, zinc and manganese are also contained in the all-round formula of amitamin® arthro360. Copper and manganese contribute to the maintenance of the connective tissue required for the elasticity of joint cartilage. Zinc, for example, is important for the normal metabolism of proteins and fatty acids, and together with copper it is also important for a functioning immune system. Zinc also protects the cells from oxidative stress and contributes to normal collagen formation. Free radicals, which make up oxidative stress, occur, for example, when the joints are under increased strain.
- Vitamin D3 and manganese are particularly important for the maintenance of normal, healthy bones. amitamin® arthro360 therefore contains the high amount of 20 µg vitamin D3 (400% NRV, equivalent to 800 I.U.) and 1.5 mg manganese recommended by the German Nutrition Society (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung e.V.). These two micronutrients contained in amitamin® arthro360 are therefore a valuable contribution to the maintenance of healthy, stable bones in the long term!

Directions
- Take 3 capsules (part 1) and one capsule (part 2) daily before meals with plenty of water.
- Advice: During pregnancy you should consult your doctor before taking this product. Not suitable for children and adolescents. People who are taking anticoagulant medication (coumarin type) should consult their doctor before consuming vitamin K-containing food supplements. The consumption of other food supplements containing vitamin K, vitamin E, selenium and manganese as well as the intake of other zinc-containing food supplements should be avoided.
