How to use
Stir all in® PURE Collagen Protein Powder directly into cold or warm liquids. For cold or warm dishes, dissolve all in® PURE Protein Powder in a little liquid beforehand and then stir in. Be creative and spread your extra protein portions throughout the day: use all in® PURE Protein Powder in coffee, milk, plant-based drinks, buttermilk, kefir, sour milk, whey, yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, puddings, creams, homemade ice cream, soups, sauces, purees, salad dressings and as a baking ingredient in bread, cakes and biscuits.

Recommended dosage:

The dosage of protein depends on the individual protein requirement. One heaped tablespoon corresponds to approx. 10 g of protein. Two sticks correspond to one portion.

Recommended amount of protein in grams per kilo of body weight per day:

  • 0.8 g for healthy adults with normal physical activity
  • 1 to 1.2 g from the age of 65 or with increased physical activity
  • 0.8 - 1.7 g in special physiological circumstances such as loss of appetite, poor nutritional status or for muscle building, during intensive physical activity, in sport
