after rinsing the mouth, e.g. with aldiamed mouthwash
and especially in the evening before going to bed
You can apply aldiamed mouth gel directly to the gums or particularly dry areas of the mouth with a clean finger or a cotton bud. To wet your oral cavity completely, you can also place 1 - 2 cm of aldiamed Mouth Gel on your tongue and spread it evenly around your mouth with your tongue.
