Application
- as often as necessary
- after brushing your teeth
- after rinsing the mouth, e.g. with aldiamed mouthwash
- and especially in the evening before going to bed
- You can apply aldiamed mouth gel directly to the gums or particularly dry areas of the mouth using a clean finger or a cotton bud. To wet your oral cavity completely, you can also place 1 - 2 cm of aldiamed Mouth Gel on your tongue and spread it evenly around your mouth with your tongue.
