Zentinor Energy' is a food supplement for adults with the valuable amino acids L-arginine and L-aspartic acid plus 2 vitamins (B6 and B12), which support your normal energy metabolism and help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Zentinor Energy* is lactose-free.
- L-Arginine: Arginine (also known as L-Arginine) is one of the most versatile amino acids from a metabolic point of view. It is a semi-essential amino acid for adults, meaning that it can be produced in the body, but in insufficient quantities and also requires exogenous intake. Arginine is a precursor for nitric oxide (NO), as well as a starting substance for the synthesis of proteins, creatine and other important molecules. Arginine is found in particular in protein-rich foods such as nuts, seeds, meat, fish and pulses.
- L-aspartic acid: L-aspartic acid is a non-essential, proteinogenic amino acid that the body can synthesise from other amino acids. Proteinogenic means that it serves as a building block for the formation of proteins. L-aspartic acid is found in foods such as asparagus, dairy products, meat and pulses.
- Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12: B vitamins are also known colloquially as "nerve vitamins" - they contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal mental function. They also play a major role in metabolism: they support normal homocysteine metabolism, and vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Vitamin B6 and B12 also support your energy balance in particular: both vitamins contribute to your normal energy metabolism and help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. 850.5 mg of L-arginine and 649.5 mg of L-aspartic acid are provided to your body with one ampoule of Zentinor Energy* and cover 100% of the recommended daily intake of B6 and B12.

Directions for use
- Adults: The contents of the ampoule should be diluted with a little water and preferably taken before meals
- If required: 1 to 2 ampoules per day.
- Notes: The safety of L-arginine or L-asparagine during pregnancy and breastfeeding has only been researched to a limited extent. It is always best to consult your doctor before taking dietary supplements during pregnancy or while breastfeeding
- Advice for diabetics: Taking this food supplement may interact with some diabetes medications. Diabetics should consult their doctor before taking food supplements containing L-arginine and L-asparagine
Method of application:
- The ampoules have marker rings on both ends where there is a predetermined breaking point. The tips must be broken at the predetermined breaking points. The solution will only flow if both tips are broken.
- Hold the ampoule at an angle NEAR the glass from which you are going to drink (not above it). Break off the top tip by bending it with light pressure. You can use a paper towel to break it with stronger pressure.
- Turn the ampoule upside down (the solution is not yet flowing). Hold the ampoule at an angle to the glass so that only the broken tip is above the glass. Break off the second tip. The solution will now flow. Check that the solution in the glass does not contain any fragments!
