Sulphur (in the form of methylsulfonylmethane) has been used for centuries to treat various ailments and conditions. It helps with allergies (such as hay fever) and is used to relieve pain associated with rheumatic conditions. However, OptiMSM is not only used for therapeutic purposes. Anyone wishing to maintain their mobility and age healthily is always well advised to take a supplementary dose of MSM. MSM has anti-inflammatory properties, promotes the elasticity of muscles and joints, and has a positive effect on the health of the skin, hair and nails.

Directions for use
  • Optimal results are achieved when added to a full bath or foot bath containing Zechsal bath crystals. For a foot bath, use 10 grams of MSM crystal powder in approximately 4 litres of warm water; for a full bath, use approximately 50 grams.
  • MSM can also be taken orally at a dose of 2 to 4 grams mixed with water.
  • Tip: Increase the amount gradually until the desired dosage is reached!
