Melatonin is a natural, endogenous hormone that is produced from serotonin in the pineal gland (part of the diencephalon) and controls the human body's sleep-wake rhythm.
Our Melatonin Sleep Spray ensures rapid absorption of melatonin via the oral mucosa and therefore a fast onset of action. The practical pump dispenser is user-friendly and supports optimum dosage.
We recommend using the spray half an hour before going to bed and avoiding all sources of light (e.g. television, tablet, PC) as far as possible, as these inhibit melatonin production.
