Melatonin is a natural hormone produced by the body in the pineal gland (part of the diencephalon) from serotonin, and it regulates the sleep-wake cycle of the human body.

Our Melatonin Sleep Spray ensures rapid absorption of melatonin via the oral mucosa, resulting in a quick onset of action. The practical pump dispenser is user-friendly and helps ensure optimal dosing.

We recommend using the spray half an hour before going to bed and, as far as possible, avoiding all light sources (e.g. TV, tablet, PC), as these inhibit melatonin production.
