- The proteinogenic L-amino acid lysine is an important protein building block. However, lysine is an essential amino acid that is not produced by the body but must be taken in with food.
- Glucosamine belongs to the group of amino sugars. It occurs naturally in the body and is a building block of cartilage. There are two sources of glucosamine sulphate for food supplements: crustaceans or plants. The glucosamine we use is obtained from purely plant sources.
- The organic sulphur compound MSM (methylsulphonylmethane) is found in both animal and human organisms. Sulphur is contained in almost all body cells and is required for many metabolic processes. Sulphur is also needed to form active enzymes and proteins. And proteins are in turn important for the production of collagen.
- Hyaluronic acid is primarily known as a skin care product because it counteracts the signs of ageing on the skin. However, hyaluronic acid is at least as important for the joints because the cartilage mass on the joint surfaces needs hyaluronic acid as synovial fluid in order to remain supple and intact.
- Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and connective tissue and supports the formation of collagen in bones and cartilage.
- The trace element zinc is essential for the maintenance of bones, hair, skin and nails.
- Silicon, also known as silicic acid, is an important trace element that is found in almost every cell in the human body. It is obtained from bamboo extract.

How to use
- Take 3 x 1 capsule daily with sufficient water. Preferably with a meal.
- Advice: Do not take if you are taking anticoagulants at the same time. Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
