Vitaworld Aronia Extract 500 mg capsules are a dietary supplement with plant extract and the trace elements selenium and zinc.
The healing power of the aronia berry was first discovered in the former Soviet Union - more than 50 years ago - where it has been one of the most popular medicinal plants ever since.
The reason for this popularity is revealed by a look at its valuable ingredients: the aronia berry, which is not actually a berry plant but a pome fruit, has an extremely high OPC content (oligomeric proanthocyanidins). OPC belongs to the group of flavonoids.
Aronia extract also contains zinc, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, while selenium helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
