Vitamaze Gelenk Vital capsules are a dietary supplement containing high-dose glucosamine combined with chondroitin. They also contain the naturally occurring sulphur compound MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) and high-quality hyaluronic acid.

MSM stands for methylsulfonylmethane. This is another way of referring to organic sulphur. It is organic because it is derived from naturally occurring sources.
