Vitactiv® Vitamin B12 is a high-quality dietary supplement developed to provide optimal support in cases of insufficient intake. Each capsule contains 500 μg of active ingredient.

Directions for use
- Take 1 capsule once daily, whole, with sufficient liquid. Suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and diabetics. As B vitamins are water-soluble, any excess is excreted in the urine. There are no known side effects.
- Notes: Suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, people with diabetes and young people aged 12 and over.
