Vitactiv® Vitamin B12 is a high-quality food supplement that has been developed to optimise supplementation in cases of insufficient supply. It is available in a concentration of 500 μg active per capsule.

- take 1 capsule once a day unchewed with sufficient liquid. Suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers and diabetics. As B vitamins are water-soluble, they are excreted via the urine in the event of an overdose. There are no known side effects.
- Advice: Suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, diabetics and adolescents aged 12 and over.
