Vetramil® Paw Wax: Protects your dog’s sensitive paws from heat, cold and rough surfaces. Enriched with beeswax and essential oils, it nourishes cracked paws and offers optimum protection.
Vetramil® Paw Wax with honey has been specially developed to protect dogs’ paw pads. In both summer and winter, the paw pads come into direct contact with extreme conditions such as hot tarmac, ice, salt, snow and rough surfaces. This can lead to rough skin and irritated paw pads due to cracking. The high concentration of enzyme-rich honey in Vetramil® Paw Wax has a soothing effect on the pads. Beeswax forms a protective layer that keeps the pads healthy in all conditions. The bitter taste prevents the dog from licking off the wax.
The essential oils in Vetramil® Paw Wax promote healthy skin and help to protect the paw pads. The bitter taste of the wax is due to the addition of a very low and completely safe concentration of denatonium benzoate. This prevents the dog from licking the wax off. Vetramil® Paw Wax contains only natural preservatives and is free from parabens.
Areas of use
- Outdoors, to protect the paw pads from extreme conditions
- Indoors, to prevent slipping, as the wax makes the pads less slippery
