Vetoquinol CARE Calo-Pet Gel is a high-calorie dietary supplement containing omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements for dogs and cats.
Recommended for use when there is an increased need for nutrients, e.g. during strenuous physical activity, animal shows or exhibitions, in cases of malnutrition, loss of appetite, or for lactating animals.

When should Vetoquinol Calo-Pet Gel be fed?
- In cases of malnutrition
- During the recovery phase following illness or surgery (convalescence)
- In cases of exhaustion
- In cases of vitamin and mineral deficiency
Indications
- In cases of malnutrition or insufficient food intake and refusal to eat.
- During recovery from illness or surgery. In a state of exhaustion, to boost performance.
- For cats: to prevent the formation of hairballs and to aid their expulsion. Suitable for use as a liquid supplement to keep piglets alive without sour milk.

Directions for use
Recommended for use when there is an increased need for nutrients, e.g. during strenuous physical activity, animal shows or exhibitions, malnutrition, loss of appetite, or for lactating animals. Do not exceed the recommended feeding amount. Due to the content of vitamin D3, manganese and iodine, no other supplementary feed containing these additives should be administered.
Feeding recommendation: (with the normal daily ration): Administer directly into the mouth, with food or drinking water.
- Dogs: (per 10 kg body weight) 1 tablespoon (18 g) daily
- Cats: (per 3–5 kg body weight) 1 teaspoon (6 g) daily
Ingredients
- Composition: Glucose syrup, soya oil, malt, fish oil, sugar cane molasses, magnesium sulphate heptahydrate, easily digestible ingredients: glucose syrup, malt, sugar cane molasses.
- Analytical constituents: Crude fat 27.5% (3.3% omega-3 and 13.7% omega-6), moisture 15.1%, crude fibre 5.2%, crude ash 0.3%, crude protein 0.5%.
- Additives per kg: Nutritional additives: Vitamins, provitamins and chemically defined substances having a similar effect: Vit. A (retinyl acetate) (3a672a) 135,000 IU, Vit. D3 (cholecalciferol) (3a671) 10,000 IU, Vit. E/all-rac-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (3a700) 900 mg, Vit.
