Who is coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinol) suitable for?

Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinol) is responsible for 95 per cent of the energy supply to cells. A small amount of natural ubiquinone is absorbed through the diet, but it is also produced by the body itself. As part of cellular metabolism, ubiquinone is converted into ubiquinol (the reduced form) and can be used directly by the body in the respiratory chain.

As we age, the body’s own production of coenzyme Q10 decreases. This natural decline begins as early as the age of 30. During periods of high stress, such as during physical activity or illness, the body’s energy requirements increase significantly. Energy production also generatesby-products, such as aggressive free radicals, which can be neutralised by antioxidants. The intake of concentrated coenzyme Q10 can support all the body’s cells (including immune cells) during particularly energy-demanding processes.

The raw material for Ubiquinol Q10 Fluid is naturally sourced ubiquinol from KANEKA. It is highly pure and contains no residues of any kind. It therefore corresponds to the body’s own ubiquinol. Apart from highly pure KANEKA Q10, the bottle contains only purified water, vegetable glycerine, vegetable oil (coconut) and soya lecithin (from non-genetically modified soya) as an emulsifier.

Thanks to the ‘airless dispenser’, Ubiquinol Q10 Fluid remains in its reduced form and does not come into contact with ambient or external air at any stage of use. This ensures that its reduced, active form is preserved right down to the very last drop.

Directions for use

• Allow 3–5 sprays to dissolve on the tongue, spread throughout the day.
• This corresponds to a daily dose of 30–50 mg of ubiquinol. Ubiquinol Q10 Fluid (alcohol-free) can be taken at any time, regardless of meals. For optimal absorption, the product should be kept in the mouth for as long as possible before being swallowed.
