Contains vitamin A, D and omega-3 fatty acids
Cod liver oil is obtained from fresh cod liver and naturally contains vitamins A and D as well as the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Vitamin A and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin A supports the maintenance of normal skin and vision. Vitamin D is required for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
