Directions for use

3 soft chews per day. Take before a main meal or when feeling hungry.
Notes: Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking this product. Suitable for adults only. Not suitable for people undergoing diabetes treatment with Gymnema Sylvestre. May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. The beneficial effects can only be achieved as part of a calorie-restricted diet.
