How to use
- pour 0.25 litres of boiling water over 1/2 teaspoon (0.5 g) of Tribulus terrestris per 30 kg of body weight, leave to infuse for 15 minutes and strain. Divide into 2-3 portions and drink half an hour before a meal throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (max. 2 g per day)!
- Advice: Not suitable for children under 6 years of age, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. Do not use in case of anaemia. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
