Thorne Magnesium CitraMate capsules are a dietary supplement with 135 mg of optimally bioavailable magnesium as citrate malate per capsule.

Magnesium with a special compound

Magnesium CitraMate is particularly bioavailable. Magnesium is available bound as citrate and malate (malic acid). Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal energy metabolism, stimulus transmission and normal nerve function.

Directions
  • 1-3 x 1 capsule daily, unless otherwise recommended.
  • Note: High doses of magnesium can lead to flatulence or diarrhoea - the amount taken should then be reduced. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and people taking medication should only take food supplements after consulting a doctor.
Ingredients
  • Ingredients: magnesium malate, hypromellose capsule (made from cellulose), magnesium citrate, medium-chain triglycerides (superplasticiser), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent).
  • Composition per 1 capsule %NRV*: Magnesium (55 mg from magnesium citrate, 80 mg from magnesium malate) 135 mg 36 % *NRV = nutrient reference values according to LMIV (1169/2011/EU).
