Directions
- 1-3 x 1 capsule daily, unless otherwise recommended.
- Note: High doses of magnesium can lead to flatulence or diarrhoea - the amount taken should then be reduced. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and people taking medication should only take food supplements after consulting a doctor.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: magnesium malate, hypromellose capsule (made from cellulose), magnesium citrate, medium-chain triglycerides (superplasticiser), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent).
