Thorne Basic B Complex capsules are a dietary supplement with a combination of all B-complex vitamins.

Basic B Complex offers a combination of all B vitamins supplemented with choline. The B vitamins are present in their active forms for good bioavailability. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal heart function and normal psychological function. Vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cell components from oxidative damage. Vitamin B2, B6 and pantothenic acid can contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy metabolism and mental performance. Vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6 contribute to the normal function of the nervous and immune systems and to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B3 contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.

Notes: Not suitable for persons under 17 years of age. Folic acid should only be taken after consultation with the treating therapist if methotrexate therapy is being taken at the same time. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and persons taking medication should only take food supplements after consulting a doctor.
