The Nutri Store Vitamin K2 200 µg capsules are a food supplement containing 200 µg vitamin K2 (MK-7) per capsule.
Vitamin K" refers to a large number of special, fat-soluble vital substances that cannot be produced by the human body itself and must therefore be supplied with food. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. It ensures that calcium is incorporated into the bones and is not deposited in the arteries and blood vessels. Of all known vitamin K compounds, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, MK-7) has the highest biological activity and availability.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily with a main meal and sufficient liquid.
