The Nutri Store Vitamin D 5600 I.U. Weekly Capsules are a food supplement containing 140 µg vitamin D3, equivalent to 5600 I.U. per capsule.

Vitamin D, the "sun vitamin", is essential for many vital functions. Among other things, it supports the immune system and contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and healthy muscle function. Unlike the other vitamins, vitamin D can be produced by the human body itself under the influence of sunlight. The skin's ability to produce vitamin D decreases significantly, particularly in the dark winter months, but also as a result of spending time indoors and increasing age. The German Nutrition Society (DGE) therefore recommends a daily intake of 20 µg (equivalent to 800 I.U.) of vitamin D.

As vitamin D can be stored by the body, Vitamin D 5,600 I.U. Weekly Depot Capsules are an ideal way to cover the vitamin D requirement for 7 days - with just one capsule per week!

How to use

Take 1 capsule per week with sufficient liquid (e.g. 1/2 glass of water). The intake should not be less than 7 days apart.
Caution: The recommended daily intake of 1 capsule per week must not be exceeded.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), gelatine (capsule shell), vitamin D3 (0.03 %), magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent).
Composition per capsule (weekly intake): 140.0 μg corresponds to a daily dose of 20 µg 400 %*. *Recommended daily requirement according to NRV = nutrient reference value of the daily intake according to Regulation No. 1169/2011 EU.
