The Nutri Store Vitamin B12 Forte 1000 µg tablets are a dietary supplement to supply the daily vitamin B12 requirement.
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) influences a whole range of fundamental metabolic processes in the body. As independent researchers from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) have confirmed, vitamin B12 plays an important role in the healthy functioning of the brain and nervous system, cell growth and cell division and in the human energy metabolism. The vitamin also supports the formation of red blood cells and the maintenance of an intact, strong immune system. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal neurological and mental function and also to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Each vegan tablet contains 1,000 µg vitamin B12.

How to use
Take 1 tablet every day (every 2 days) with sufficient liquid (e.g. 1/2 glass of water). The recommended intake of 1 tablet every 2nd day must not be exceeded.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12 - 0.45%).
- Composition per tablet (every 2nd day) in %*: Vitamin B12 500 µg 20,000 % *Recommended daily intake according to NRV = nutrient reference value for daily intake according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011.
