Spirulina platensis is a blue-green, spiral-shaped freshwater algae. It was already known to the Mayas and Aztecs as a food. It is easy to digest and its nutrients and vital substances can be fully absorbed by the body. Spirulina is a natural source of high-quality micronutrients that should not be missing from a healthy and balanced diet. In addition to other nutrients, spirulina is characterised by its natural vitamin B12 content. Vitamin B12 influences a whole range of fundamental metabolic processes in the body. Among other things, it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as to the healthy functioning of the nervous system and the psyche.
Due to its optimal composition, spirulina is ideal as a dietary supplement for athletes, vegetarians, the elderly, children and people who are currently on a diet, fasting or slimming programme.
Spirulina microalgae tablets each contain 400 mg Spirulina platensis powder of the highest quality. The spirulina used is cultivated in controlled aquaculture without the use of pesticides, fungicides or synthetic fertilisers by the best spirulina farms in the USA. After harvesting, the algae are simply washed and gently dried so that the sensitive ingredients remain biologically active. The spirulina powder is then processed into spirulina microalgae tablets without any additives.

How to use
Take 2 to 4 tablets 3 times a day with a little liquid before or between meals.

- Ingredients: Spirulina platensis powder (100%).
- Composition per daily dose (= 12 tablets): Spirulina platensis 4800.0 mg of which vitamin B12 4.8 µg. The daily dose covers 192% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin B12 according to NRV = nutrient reference value for daily intake according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011. No nutrient reference value is yet available for spirulina.
