The Nutri Store Omega-3 Perilla Capsules are a dietary supplement containing 500 mg of pure and unblended perilla oil of the highest quality. Contains plant-based omega-3 fatty acids.
Compared to other vegetable oils, perilla oil contains the highest proportion of biologically active, polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids (FS). Perilla oil is obtained from the seeds of the Chinese spice plant perilla (black nettle, Perilla frutescens). It is rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an important omega fatty acid that the body cannot produce itself. ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (from a daily intake of 2 grams).

How to use
Take 3 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening without chewing with sufficient liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Perilla oil (73 %), gelatine, humectant glycerine, antioxidant extracts of natural origin containing strong tocopherols.
- Composition per daily dose (= 7 capsules): Perilla oil 3500 mg of which fat 3500 mg saturated fatty acids 315 mg monounsaturated FS 588 mg polyunsaturated FS 2594 mg, alpha-linolenic acid 2079 mg. No nutrient reference value for daily intake according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 yet available.
