High-quality methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is particularly rich in organically bound sulphur, which is important for many bodily functions.

Directions for use
- Take 1 g of MSM powder twice daily (= daily dose: 2 g). Half a level teaspoon is approximately 1 g. It is recommended to use the product for at least 8–12 weeks. The powder can be mixed into food, e.g. cold dishes or drinks, according to taste.
- Notes: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. There is currently no EU recommendation for the daily intake of MSM.
