The Nutri Store Lecithin Tablets are a dietary supplement containing 300 mg of pure lecithin per vegan tablet. Soya lecithin is very well tolerated. Its use is recommended over a longer period of time.
Soya lecithin is particularly rich in high-quality phospholipids, which are contained in every cell of the body. Phospholipids play an important role in many metabolic processes in the liver, kidneys, gall bladder and lungs. They are important building blocks of cells, especially cell membranes and nerve tissue. They also supply the cells with energy.
People who are under physical or mental strain, e.g. during sport, in stressful situations or during convalescence, consume more of these substances and should ensure an adequate supply by choosing the right diet or taking a dietary supplement.

Take 3 tablets 3 times a day with meals and plenty of liquid. Regular use over a longer period of time is recommended.
