The Nutri Store Lactase 12,000 FCC Enzyme Capsules are a food supplement for use in cases of lactose intolerance (milk sugar intolerance). Each Lactase Enzyme capsule contains 12,000 FCC units* of lactase.

The enzyme lactase breaks down the milk sugar (lactose) contained in all dairy products into its components glucose and galactose, which can be easily utilised by the body. In the case of lactose intolerance, undigested lactose reaches the lower sections of the intestine and causes undesirable fermentation throughout the intestinal tract.
For people who have problems digesting lactose, the enzyme lactase improves the digestion of lactose. Each lactase enzyme capsule contains 12,000 FCC units* of lactase. How to use
- Depending on the degree of lactose intolerance and the amount of lactose ingested, take 1 to 2 capsules before meals with sufficient liquid.
- Notes: 12,000 FCC Lactase can break down up to approx. 60 g of lactose. As there are differences in lactose intolerance, those affected should seek advice on the function of the substance in their diet.
