The Nutri Store Inositol 100 % powder is a food supplement of purely vegetable origin with no additives.
Inositol is a water-soluble, slightly sweet-tasting substance (cyclohexanhexol) that occurs naturally in plant and animal tissues and also in the human body. Although inositol was previously often referred to as "muscle sugar", it is not a carbohydrate.
In the human organism, inositol fulfils a variety of physiological functions and is present in tissues, membranes and organs. High concentrations are found, for example, in the brain, kidneys, liver and spleen. Our pure inositol, obtained from plant sources, can be easily dissolved in water or tea as a fine powder or simply sprinkled over food.
