The Nutri Store Green Tea Extract Capsules are a dietary supplement for the supply of valuable polyphenols from green tea and grape seeds.
According to Chinese legends, green tea was first drunk in 2,700 BC: an emperor sitting under a tea bush (Camellia sinensis) dropped a few leaves into his cup of hot water - and tasted it. Since then, the enjoyment of tea has had a long tradition in Asia. Green tea is at the centre of the Chinese art of tea. Unlike black tea, green tea is not fermented. As a result, the vitamins and secondary plant substances contained in the tea leaf are optimally preserved.
Most of the positive properties of green tea are attributed to the catechins, a group of polyphenols that give the tea its bitter flavour. Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is particularly noteworthy.
Like coffee, green tea contains stimulating caffeine. However, some of this is naturally bound to tannins and is therefore released over a longer period of time. Green tea therefore does not have a short-term stimulating effect like coffee, but rather a gentle effect over a longer period of time.
Each vegan green tea extract capsule contains 160 mg of high-quality green tea extract with approx. 96 mg polyphenols (including approx. 64 mg catechins) and 145 mg top-quality green tea powder. This valuable combination is supplemented by grape seed powder with a high proportion of natural anthocyanins, OPC and polyphenols. Green tea extract capsules can therefore supplement your diet with valuable secondary plant substances.
The raw material used to produce the capsule shell is obtained from vegetable cellulose and is gelatine-free.

- Take one capsule 3 times a day with a little liquid before or between meals.
- Advice: Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers or children/adolescents.
- Note for diabetics: 1 capsule corresponds to 0.003 BE.
