The Nutri Store Green Lipped Mussel Concentrate Vitamin Capsules are a food supplement containing 350 mg of high-quality green-lipped mussel concentrate with a high GAG content and the important vitamins E, C, B6, B12 and folic acid per capsule.

The meat of the green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus) contains a high proportion of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) in addition to the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids that are important for a healthy fat metabolism. These substances are contained in our skin, connective tissue and cartilage as natural scaffolding substances. They are also found in synovial fluid.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal cartilage and bone function. Due to the nutritional building blocks they contain for joints, cartilage and connective tissue, they are recommended as a valuable dietary supplement for older people, but also for people with increased physical demands at work and during sport.

The green-lipped mussel concentrate used is a carefully produced quality product. Only New Zealand green-lipped mussels of the species Perna canaliculus are used. The mussels are cultivated in unpolluted waters off New Zealand's South Island under natural conditions. The concentrate is obtained by gently freeze-drying the green-lipped mussel meat (without the shells). It is not defatted and contains all the valuable oils and fats in even higher concentrations than those found in mussel meat.

The raw material for the production of the capsule shell is obtained from vegetable cellulose and is gelatine-free. Green-lipped mussel concentrate vitamin capsules are a natural product. There may be variations in the colour of the capsules. This does not affect the quality of the product. The odour of the product is characteristic of green-lipped mussel products and does not mean a reduction in the quality of the product.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with meals and sufficient liquid. If you have an increased requirement, you can also take 2 capsules 3 times a day.

Ingredients: Green-lipped mussel concentrate (Perna canaliculus) (77.6%), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (14.97%), vitamin C (4.43%), vitamin E (0.73%), anti-caking agent magnesium stearate (0.44%), vitamin B6 (0.15%), vitamin B12 0.1% (0.07%), folic acid (0.016%).
