The Nutri Store Ginseng Capsules are a food supplement containing 250 mg ginseng root powder (Panax ginseng according to C. A. Meyer) per vegan capsule.
The secret of the Far East is alive in the ginseng root. It has been one of the most precious plants in Asia for 2000 years. Millions of people in China, Korea, Japan and India know this plant, whose roots they call "the divine", "root of vitality" or "herb of eternal youth". Chewed, powdered or drunk as tea, ginseng root has therefore been considered a strengthening food since time immemorial. Ginseng (botanical name: Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) is a mountain and forest plant. Originally, the wild-growing ginseng root was painstakingly collected in forests. The root was once so rare and precious that it was even weighed in gold and reserved only for emperors and kings. Nowadays, ginseng is cultivated in modern farms. Nevertheless, its cultivation is still very labour-intensive and time-consuming.
The highest quality ginseng is grown in Korea - here called Insam - and in southern Manchuria. Ginseng capsules are a high-quality dietary supplement and, due to the ingredients they contain, are particularly suitable for the second stage of life and in times of high physical and mental strain such as stress and sport.

Directions
- Take 2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day with sufficient liquid. They should be taken over a longer period of time, from experience at least 3 months. 1 pack of 200 capsules covers the requirement for about 1 month.
- Advice: Diabetics and marrow tumour patients should consult their doctor before taking ginseng supplements. Ginseng can lower blood sugar levels.
