GABA stands for gamma amino butyric acid, a non-essential amino acid that the body produces from L-glutamine. GABA is an important component of nerve cells. GABA capsules are a useful dietary supplement in stressful, performance-orientated and nerve-racking times. The raw material used to produce the capsule shell is obtained from vegetable cellulose and is gelatine-free.

How to use

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid approx. 1 hour before going to bed.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Gamma amino butyric acid (GABA), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate hydrate, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
