The Nutri Store Copper Tablets are a dietary supplement with 2 mg copper per vegan tablet. Copper is a trace element that the human body needs for vital functions, including the normal functioning of the nervous system, energy metabolism, a healthy immune system and the maintenance of connective tissue.
Copper is found in food, particularly in chocolate, liver, cereals, vegetables and nuts. Copper deficiency rarely occurs in humans, but certain illnesses and the intake of high doses of zinc, iron or molybdate can lead to reduced copper levels in the body.
