The Nutri Store African Mango Extract Capsules are a food supplement containing 150 mg African mango extract from the seeds of the sweet fruit of the species Irvingia gabonensis per capsule.
The African mango (Irvingia gabonensis), also known as dika, wild mango or bush mango, is an evergreen tree from the warm and humid rainforests of Africa. Its flavoursome fruit has been valued for centuries as a healthy food in a variety of ways, e.g. the fruit can be eaten fresh or processed into jelly, jam, juice and even wine. Even the seed kernels ("dika nuts") are processed into a type of margarine ("dika butter") or into a cake ("dika bread").

How to use
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day before meals with sufficient liquid.
