Terra Nova Folate 400 µg capsules are a dietary supplement to support a healthy cardiovascular system. Especially during pregnancy, the female body should be supplied with sufficient folic acid to ensure the healthy development of the baby. The calcium L-methylfolate it contains is a more bioavailable form of folate than conventional folic acid, as it can be better absorbed and utilised by the body.
With folate as well as rice bran, beetroot juice/leaves, spinach leaf and pumpkin seeds to support its effectiveness.
