Organic cardamom oil is often used in aromatherapy because of its many positive properties. Cardamom belongs to the ginger family and has a long tradition of external use. Thanks to its warming, invigorating characteristics, organic cardamom oil is a valued fragrance when we are exposed to high levels of nervous strain, for example, which are often accompanied by increased stress levels. In such phases, organic cardamom oil creates a stabilising fragrance atmosphere that can help us gain more energy and stamina. In the fragrance lamp or on the fragrance stone, organic cardamom oil harmonises well with many other spice fragrances and citrus essences.

Organic cardamom oil for external use

Organic cardamom oil is a classic for gentle abdominal massages, which can have a beneficial effect. The essential oil is often combined with fennel, caraway, lavender or aniseed oil for this purpose. The essence mixture can be diluted well in almond oil and used to rub the abdomen.
