TRO-VENOSET safety is sterile, pyrogen-free and atoxic. The short, atraumatically sharpened needle can be easily and securely fixed to the skin using the two movable, colour-coded wings, so that pain-free injections are possible from any direction using the thin, flexible connecting tube. In addition, it has a safety mechanism with an integrated safety cap that is easy to activate after use and prevents accidental needlestick injuries to the user and other people, thus reducing the risk of infection with HIV, hepatitis or other transmissible diseases
