How to use
Yes, our green coffee also contains caffeine. On average, our green coffee has a caffeine content of 1.1 g per 100 g of beans, 0.033 g per bag and 0.020 g per cup (200 ml). In comparison, the caffeine content of our espresso is approx. 1.2 g/100 g of beans. However, how much caffeine dissolves in the water depends on the brewing time and the water temperature. Our test was measured when brewing at 100° C for 2 - 4 minutes. Under these conditions, 62.5 % of the caffeine dissolves from the bag into the cup.
