Instructions for use:

Insertion:
For insertion, we recommend applying a little lubricant to the tampon or moistening it with clean water - then squeeze well to maximise absorption. The easiest way to insert the tampon in the toilet is to put one leg up. Place your index finger on one side of the tampon, grasp the round side of the tampon with your thumb and middle finger and squeeze it together to form the grip bottle. Now insert the tampon with your index and/or middle finger deep enough into the vagina so that the side of the tampon moulds itself to the cervix.

The wearing time:
Change the tampon (like any other tampon) at regular intervals. However, we recommend changing after 4 to 6 hours (maximum 8 hours). After intimate intercourse without a condom, you should change the Soft-Tampon immediately.

Removal:
It is best to adopt a slight squatting position and apply pressure to the lower abdomen. Pull the tampon out with your index or middle finger using the integrated grip tab. It is generally advisable to use the Soft-Tampons on days with heavy bleeding, as a full tampon will then become very soft and can be pulled out easily. If you can't feel the grip tab, use your index and middle fingers as "tweezers".

The basic rule is:
Always wash your hands before inserting and removing. Don't forget to remove the last soft tampon at the end of your period.
