SinoPlaSan Olive Leaf Extract Toothpaste is a natural toothpaste that cares for sensitive gums and protects the natural oral flora. It contains a combination of olive leaf extract, stevia, camomile, green mineral clay and silica.

The tried-and-tested combination of olive leaf extract, stevia, chamomile, green mineral clay and silica cares for sensitive gums and protects the natural oral flora. The microfine particles of silica and green mineral clay gently remove plaque and deposits. We do not use any artificial sweeteners or synthetic preservatives.

Other ingredients include comfrey root extract and spearmint oil, for a pleasant minty flavour. This product is menthol-free and is therefore also suitable for use during homeopathic treatments. The product’s pH value is 7.9–8. 

• Olive leaf extract: Olive leaves and their extract have been used for thousands of years, and there are now hundreds of studies on the applications of olive leaf extract. The leaves used for our olive leaf extract are carefully harvested by hand just before the olive tree flowers and are extracted whilst fresh – immediately after harvesting – using a gentle process. This is a water-based extraction process that does not involve the use of alcohol. This ensures that all the active compounds from the leaf are retained. The main active compounds in olive leaf extract include: oleuropein, phenols and flavonoids.
• Stevia: Stevia is derived from the plant Stevia rebaudiana and is also known as ‘sweet herb’ or ‘honey herb’ due to its naturally sweet taste. Stevia is therefore used as a natural sweetener and substitute for conventional sugar and contains no calories. 
• Chamomile: Chamomile is one of Europe’s most popular medicinal herbs. It is considered to have soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. 
• Green mineral clay: Green mineral clay is a natural clay containing a variety of trace elements. Green mineral clay originates from the volcanic landscape of the Auvergne region in France. 
• Silica: Silica, also known as Silicea terra, refers to minerals or marine deposits with a high silicon content. Silica is primarily extracted from the shells of dead diatoms and can bind to germs in the mouth.
