SinoPlaSan Natto NKCP PUR 125 mg capsules are a food supplement containing 125 mg of extract from Natto Bacillus cultures, including bacillopeptidase F, per capsule.

Natto has been known in Japan as a traditional dish for over 1,000 years. Natto is prepared from soya beans that have been soaked and then cooked; these are left to ferment for 2–3 days at a constant temperature in an insulated container, with the addition of the Bacillus subtilis bacterial culture.

The natto dish is ready when the beans are covered in a visible film and form strings. European palates are not necessarily keen on this traditional dish, as it has a strong, cheesy smell. This preparation process results in the enzyme bacillopeptidase F, protected under the trademark natto NKCP®. natto NKCP® is essentially a freeze-dried product derived from natto. The functionally crucial components of natto are a group of enzymes produced by Bacillus subtilis natto, often referred to simply as ‘nattokinase’. One of these enzymes is the protease subtilisin, which was long considered the most important component of natto.

Another enzyme, discovered only recently, is bacillopeptidase F – sometimes referred to as ‘second-generation nattokinase’ – which, according to the latest findings, is significantly superior to standard nattokinase.

Our natto NKCP contains 125 mg of natto Bacillus culture extract, of which 4.6 U/g is Bacillopeptidase F per capsule. The product is free from vitamin K and free from genetic modification.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules between meals with plenty of liquid. The dose may be increased to 3 x 2 capsules per day if required. Take the product on an empty stomach or between meals.
Notes: Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor if you are taking additional blood-thinning medication.
Information on histamine intolerance: The histamine levels in natto NKCP have not been tested. Although histamine could have been produced during the manufacturing process – as fermented foods such as natto contain histamine – However, compounds with a lower molecular weight than histamine (which has a molecular weight of 111.14) are removed during the manufacturing process. The product therefore contains no histamine.

Ingredients

Ingredients: maltodextrin, culture extract from Natto Bacillus, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell). This product is derived from soya.
Composition per daily dose (6 capsules) %NRV*: 900 mg maltodextrin, 750 mg Bacillus natto culture extract, of which 27.6 U/g Bacillopeptidase F. *%NRV = Percentage of the recommended daily intake.
