SinoPlaSan Emu oil is a body care oil with a wide range of applications, e.g. for skin care, hair care, scar care and much more.
Emu oil was first used by the indigenous people of Australia, the Aborigines. The emu, an Australian ostrich bird, was already a source of food and medicine for the Aborigines at that time. For thousands of years, the meat of the emu has been eaten in Australia in the same way we eat chicken. The oil is processed for a wide variety of applications.
The special thing about emu oil is that it contains a whole range of omega fatty acids (omega 3, omega 6, omega 7 and omega 9). What makes it unique is that the ratio of monounsaturated, diunsaturated, polyunsaturated and saturated fatty acids, which has been composed by nature, is very similar to that of human skin. This makes emu oil a highly compatible skin care product that is also suitable for sensitive skin and babies. Emu oil is ideal for dry, sensitive, allergic or wrinkled skin.
