Similasan Liver and Gallbladder Complaints Oral Drops are a homeopathic medicinal product. Homeopathy is regarded as a regulatory therapy for acute and chronic conditions.

The following indications are authorised for this medicinal product:

• Nausea, retching, vomiting,
• headache, dizziness, weakness,
• abdominal cramps (colic), flatulence, constipation alternating with diarrhoea,
• Stabbing and pressing pain in the liver and gallbladder region,
• pain at the lower corner of the right shoulder blade,
• a tendency to develop gallstones.

Directions for use

• Adults aged 18 and over: For acute symptoms: 10 drops diluted in a little water, taken every half hour to hourly (up to 8 times a day). Reduce the frequency as symptoms improve. 
• For chronic symptoms: 10 drops 3 to 6 times a day, taken at regular intervals throughout the day. The dosage of ‘Similasan’ Liver and Bile Complaints Oral Drops must be strictly adhered to. As symptoms improve, the frequency of administration should be reduced.
• Method of administration: For oral use. The measured number of drops should be diluted in a glass of water. 
• Duration of use: If you do not feel any better, or if your symptoms worsen, after 7 days, consult your doctor.

• The active ingredients are: 1 g (= 59 drops) contains: 333.32 mg Atropa belladonna D6, 333.32 mg, Silybum marianum (Carduus marianus) D6, 333.32 mg Chelidonium majus D6. 
• The other ingredients are: water for injections, ethanol 96% (total ethanol content approx. 50.6% by volume).
